The Authentic Leadership Collective is an invite-only, monthly in-person gathering for women — business leaders, entrepreneurs, pastors, professionals, creatives, visionaries, and those who carry influence in both formal and informal roles.

Whether you're leading a team, guiding a classroom, managing a household, working in healthcare, or in a season of transition or in-between roles — if you’re a woman who is committed to leading with intention, the Collective will support your leadership capacity and influence by helping you deepen your connection, strengthen your clarity, and align your leadership with who you truly are.

Held in the beautiful, welcoming Rohrer home and garden in Palmyra, PA, each gathering is a restorative rhythm of conversation, clarity, and connection — over a thoughtfully prepared, healthy meal inspired by what’s growing in the garden. We will gather around a shared table — to encourage, inspire, and cultivate our desires for authentic living and leading.

I created this Collective because I needed it myself. As a woman, I have led teams, held space for others, started a business from scratch, carried vision, felt the pressure to perform, juggled responsibilities, experienced burnout, and done the unseen work of emotional and spiritual healing. I know we can do it all — we’ve proven that. We’ve carried the weight, led with grit, and shown up again and again.

But let’s be honest: it’s cost us something. And while we’re capable of going it alone, we’re not meant to. It’s more sustainable, more nourishing — and yes, more fun — when we do it together.
